1. What ShareSame Is

ShareSame is a platform that lets you create websites by describing what you want in plain language. You can share your websites with others, and anyone can remix a shared website into their own version.

2. Your Account

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use ShareSame.
  • One person, one account — don't create multiple accounts.

3. What You Can Do

  • Create websites using our AI-powered tools.
  • Share your websites via public links.
  • Remix other people's shared websites into your own version.
  • Connect third-party services (like Google Sheets) to your websites.
  • Use your websites for personal or commercial purposes.

4. What You Can't Do

  • Create websites that are illegal, harmful, or promote violence.
  • Use the platform to spam, phish, or scam people.
  • Try to break, hack, or overload our systems.
  • Scrape or bulk-download content from the platform.
  • Impersonate other people or organizations.
  • Use the platform to build competing products by systematically extracting our AI outputs.

5. Your Content

You own the websites you create on ShareSame. By sharing a website publicly, you allow others to view and remix it — but the remix is a new project owned by that person, not a copy of yours. We don't claim ownership of your content.

We may use anonymized, aggregated data about how websites are built to improve our AI — but we won't share your specific projects without your permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

Websites are generated by AI based on your descriptions. We do our best to make them work well, but we can't guarantee they'll be perfect, bug-free, or suitable for every purpose. You're responsible for reviewing and testing your websites before using them in production.

7. Paid Plans

  • Free accounts have limited generations per month.
  • Paid plans unlock more generations and features.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We don't store your card details.
  • You can cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Availability

We aim to keep ShareSame running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may have scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages. We'll do our best to minimize disruptions.

9. Termination

We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time. When an account is deleted, associated projects and data are removed.

10. Liability

ShareSame is provided "as is." We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue, data loss, or issues caused by AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
