When you use ShareSame, we collect:

  • Account info — your email address and password when you sign up.
  • Projects — the websites you create, including prompts you type and files we generate for you.
  • Usage data — which features you use, page views, and general activity to improve the product.
  • Connected services — if you connect third-party services (e.g. Google Sheets), we access only the data you explicitly authorize.

2. How We Use It

  • To build and host the websites you create.
  • To improve our AI so it generates better websites over time.
  • To send you important account updates (we won't spam you).
  • To detect and prevent abuse.

3. What We Share

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers — hosting (Cloudflare), auth (Supabase), AI (OpenAI), storage (Cloudflare R2), and analytics tools that help us run the platform.
  • Public projects — if you share a project link, anyone with the link can view and remix it. Your email is never shown publicly.
  • Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Connected Services (Google, etc.)

If you connect Google Sheets or other third-party services, we only access the specific data you authorize (e.g. a spreadsheet you select). We do not access your entire Google account. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare and Supabase infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and follow industry-standard security practices. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. Your Rights

  • You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Account page.
  • You can request a copy of your data by emailing us.
  • You can revoke third-party service connections at any time.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the app.
